Cape Town: same-day if ordered before 09:30, next business day thereafter. Rest of South Africa: 2 to 4 business days.

DM us on Instagram or WhatsApp us on 069 715 9495 with well-lit photos and the device details: battery health, cycle count, overall condition, and any scratches or marks. Once we've agreed on a price, the transaction happens at MGXchange (blue building), 23 Blaauwberg Rd, Table View, by appointment only. Payment is instant EFT. You can also use our trade-in form to send everything through in one go.

How do you check condition?

Every device is hand-checked and graded before it's listed. Each product page shows a condition rating out of 10. If something isn't right, we say so up front.

Is there a testing window?

Yes. Every device comes with a 7-day testing window. If something is faulty, return it for a refund or replacement.

3-month warranty on all items unless otherwise stated on the listing. Warranty terms are included in the invoice.
